I have purchased a new Napoleon fireplace insert and Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump from Sun heating in Gander. Scott was great to deal with and very timely with responses regarding quotes and plans for installation. Ethan and Cody were excellent with installation. They are very knowledgeable and when they ran into a couple of unforeseen issues during installation they quickly and professionally solved to get the job done effectively and efficiently. Gave very helpful suggestions on how best to use the heat pump. Very pleased with the service provided from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Scott and Rhonda and the rest of the crew at Sun Heating have always been great to deal with. Every year they take care of my oil furnace service and are flexible with times and the technician is always friendly. They answered all my questions when I was thinking of switching over from oil to electric, even coming to my home on a number of occasions and bringing the electrician with them to discuss issues with my electrical panel and possible solutions. When I installed a prefab chimney in my shed, Scott came to my house to look at my setup and let me know what I needed. He even met me at the warehouse to help me pick out the supplies I needed. Never a bad experience.
