We were very pleased with the great customer service received during the installation of the new heat pump. Scott was great to deal with and very timely with responses regarding quotes and plans for installation. Ethan and Cody were excellent with installation. They are very knowledgeable and when they ran into a couple of unforeseen issues during installation they quickly and professionally solved to get the job done effectively and efficiently. Gave very helpful suggestions on how best to use the heat pump. Very pleased with the service provided from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
Very satisfied. Dealing with Lorne was an absolute pleasure, very knowledgeable on the products you are looking for, and didn't mind spending a large amount of his time going over any questions you may have during your visit. The techs that performed the install are very professional and friendly. Pricing is a little high but almost comparable to others in town. Highly recommended.
This review is for everyone thinking of visiting Hot Tub Pros for your hot tub needs…
This year I bought a new hot tub when I moved homes. First I visited my old hot tub store. Then I decided to visit Hot Tub Pros. I’m glad I did. I believe the Beachcomber line of tubs is superior to the brand I previously owned. I am finding the water quality stays better for a longer period of time. The filtration hush pump seems to be the secret. Additionally, I appreciate the floor jets and the system of controlling water jets around the tub.
I also find the tech service to be quicker and better. I have not needed to wait longer than the next day or day to get service when I needed it… which was all associated with the new install.
Lastly, I am finding the Beachcomber brand of chemicals and water quality products are better than my previous 8 years experience with another brand. The water seems more stable and clear. I’ve had no water issues with this tun and this chemical system.
Overall, I would recommend giving Hot Pros a serious chance for your hot tub needs. A long-standing Canadian company and line of tubs.

Scott and Rhonda and the rest of the crew at Sun Heating have always been great to deal with. Every year they take care of my oil furnace service and are flexible with times and the technician is always friendly. They answered all my questions when I was thinking of switching over from oil to electric, even coming to my home on a number of occasions and bringing the electrician with them to discuss issues with my electrical panel and possible solutions. When I installed a prefab chimney in my shed, Scott came to my house to look at my setup and let me know what I needed. He even met me at the warehouse to help me pick out the supplies I needed. Never a bad experience.
The team at Sun Heating is simply outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping me. They communicated clearly, showed real pride in their work, and made the whole experience easy and stress‑free. It’s rare to find a company with people this trustworthy and pleasant to work with. We have been dealing with Scott, Rhonda and the Gander staff for years. We've bought wood stoves, propane ranges, heat pumps, hot tubs. And even custom range hoods. They are phenomenal people to work with. Very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have purchased a new Napoleon fireplace insert and Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump from Sun heating in Gander. From the time of initial consultation to the time of install the staff at Sun Heating have been awesome to deal with. I'd highly recommend seeing them for any of your heating and plumbing needs. Who knows, a hot tub may be the next purchase in the not so distant future!!

My hot tub just recently broke and wasn’t producing any heat (in the middle of winter). I called the place where I purchased my hot tub and they couldn’t give me a date when they could send somebody by to look at it. They said they would call a few days before but it could be up to 2 weeks or more. I asked if I could get an appointment and they said that’s not the way they do it.
I called Hot Tub Pros not thinking they would offer any help as I didn’t buy the hot tub through them. Andrew picked up the phone when I called and he was super friendly and so reassuring that my hot tub would not freeze as long as the pump was going keeping the water moving. He said he would have somebody come by the next morning. The technician showed up the next morning to my house and called me right away as soon as he looked at my tub. He said I’m pretty sure it’s the heater but change the filter and try a few things first. I did but nothing worked so he ordered me a heater as they didn’t have that particular one in stock. As soon as it came in (within a week) they called me and was there the next day to install it and it now works perfect.
The service that I received through them was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and reassuring that they would get it fixed as soon as possible. I honestly got way better service from them than I did from the actual place I bought the tub. I know where I will be going for now if I ever need to buy another tub or if I need any accessories or chemicals.
Thank you guys and I will be sure to pass along my positive review to anybody looking to buy a hot tub. I appreciate what you did 🙂

Often times companies and their owners only hear about the negative experiences they have had with a purchase and any good experience is often not recognized or overlooked. That is why I felt it necessary to tell you about my recent purchase of the model 380 from Hot Tubs Pros in Mt Pearl. The service and professional advice received from Gloria was the best we have ever encountered. She has a love for hot tubs and is very knowledgeable for just being recently employed with you. If she didn't know the answer, she didn't make one up and got the answer quickly. She took the time to ensure that the 380 was best suited for us and didn't want to sell us the most expensive one, like other businesses that I have dealt with in the past. Her way of conducting herself was so awesome that we didn't even visit your competitors. Even after our purchase, she has continued to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Mr Davidge, Gloria is an asset to your company and we felt you should know that and if you would, pass along this message to your friends in BC. From the Beachcomber brochure, it appears that they are all about customer service. Well, Gloria fits very well with the company's portfolio. Sun Heating and Air Conditioning was fantastic! They installed everything perfectly and took the time to explain the operation fully. By the time they left, I felt like an expert! I highly recommend their knowledgeable staff. I won't go anywhere else for all my heating and cooling needs. Maybe we'll also get that hot tub after all!
